For the past couple of months the server where I am hosted had some issues and the site was often down for several hours until Alex restarted it, recently this issue has happened less but still happens from time to time and I get always a lot of emails asking why the site is down. Additionally for the past 2-3 weeks it looks like that there are also issues with the emails that I didn't notice before because my emails were always received (but I was receiving it because the email was @invisionbyte.net and the server had no trouble to save them locally); Alex still hasn't found the cause and I really don't want to annoy him several times when I know he is extremely busy and as a result of that has left the modding scene some time ago.

The site will be moved on one of the servers of IPS Hosting most likely this weekend, I would have send out a mass email to let everyone know but as I said above the emails does not work right now so I'll post only this news :)


As a last note I would like to thank again Alex for hosting me on his VPS :(



P.S.: In case you missed them I have release an update for the (T30) Group Format modification (current version 2.0.0) and I have also made a totally new forum to support only this modification so if you see the support topic locked don't get scared :P

Additionally I have released also a paid mod updated from 2.3: (T30) Password Change Reminder (no file edits at all!) and a new free mod "(T30) PM on Grup Change" (no file edits here as well!); finally I have released a minor update of the hook (T30) Database Optimizer (current version 1.1.0).

Good to hear, I haven't noticed any issue myself :(

I only got a couple of emails but all were the same issue (DNS not updated).

its faster then previous server and i changed my mail adress and i got mail from board correct

Yeah I know, there have been a couple of issues with the server (DDOS and bad scripts on another site hosted there). Should already be all resolved now, let me know if you still notice it is slow :(
