This mod lets you hide certain forums from both Board Index & Forum View leaving them still accessible with a direct url. This is especially useful if you want to have lot of forums and sub-forums but don't want your members see all of them listed.

Hey terabyte, thank you for this lovely modification! It's an important feature on my website. I'm currently having an issue with it. I had no idea what it was at first, then I narrowed it down to your modification causing it.




When I have this modification enabled ,this broken code shows up at the top of my website. What can I do to get rid of this eyesore?

Note: I have the 3.2.x version installed.

I really have no idea on why that would happen honestly..

Try re-importing the hook from your ACP, does that fix it?

Doesn't seem to be working in 3.3.2, Terabyte. Can you look into it? I set up the hook but still see the category and forums i set not to show on the board index, on the board index.

see here. I want to hide the Gamer's Lounge from view but it's still showing up as visible on board index...

No there is no previous version of this hook and there won't be because 3.1 works in a different way than 3.2 and the hook point needed is not available.

Will this mod work on IP Board 3.4.7 ? I have installed it but cannot find the settings in forum management.
